Lakeside Neighborhood Plan

The UWSA was not a part of this plan's creation, but we've gotten a lot of questions about it.

The Lakeside Neighborhood Plan was adopted by the Flathead County Commissioners in 12/1/2010 Resolution #2274A.

The Lakeside Community Council was to act as a liaison between the Flathead County Commissioners and the citizens of the Lakeside Planning area, covered by the Lakeside Neighborhood Plan. See Project "Lakeside Community Council"

Commissioners Meeting starting at 8:45am.

Item F Consideration of Lakeshore Variance Permit: Flathead Lake Land Partners #FLV-25-09

This is in regards to the Discovery Land Lakeside Dock located at 688 Lakeside BLVD.

It is our understanding that this is a private dock for members of Discovery Land. However, the description of the variance is for a proposed public marina that extends 159 feet from the shoreline vs 100 feet allowable.
